I set up my new email account and it's not working.
Often times users enter the password for a new account but forget to check the checkbox to turn the account on.
If you are using our Postini spam filter and you have your account to block unknown address you will need to add the new address to your postini account.
I've lost my domain control panel password.
Go to your control panel and click the "Get Password" button. you will need your login and email address.
I've lost my email password.
Email passwords are encrypted and are not retrievable. You will need to log into your control panel and reset it.
How do I set up my spam/email virus filtering.
Not everyone wants their email filtered. Because of this we do it by request. Just email us and request it be set up. We'll take care of it by next business day. Be sure to tell us the account names you would like set up initially. After that you will receive login information on how to manage your own spam filter account.
I would like another hosting account. Can I have more than one domain in my control panel?
Certainly! Just email us with your request and well get it set up for you right away.
A catch-all address is the address that email to unknown
users goes to. For example, if someone sent you email and misspelled the
part of your address before the "@" the catch-all account would "catch" it.
Catch-all addresses are set up in your domain control panel under the "Preferences" button.

How do I change my email password.
In your domain control panel under the "Mail" button, select your email account. Enter your new password in the "New Password:" and "Confirm Password:" fields. Scroll to the bottom and click "Update"
People sending me mail get it bounced back saying that my mailbox is full. I looked and is empty.
Most likely you have webmail folders that are filling up your mailbox. Possibly in your "Sent Mail" folder.
How much space do I have for mailbox?
Most accounts are limited to 10MB. Once your mailbox reaches
this limit any incoming mail bounces back to the sender with a notice that
your mailbox is full. Prior to your mailbox filling up the server will
send you an email telling you that you are approaching your limit on how
much mail you can store on the server.
